At DREAM WATCHES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be insured for their full retail value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
